For customers within the EU:
As required by EU consumer law, the statutory warranty for defects applies. The statutory warranty period is two years from the delivery date of the goods. If a defect occurs within this period, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
For customers outside the EU:
No statutory warranty for defects applies. If a defect is discovered, we will review the case individually, but any warranty claims outside of the EU are excluded unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items (e.g., original artworks) are generally excluded from the right of return under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, even for customers within the EU.
RETURN RIGHTS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Customers residing outside the EU do not have an automatic statutory right of return. A return right exists only if it is expressly granted by the seller.
Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized products, such as original artworks, are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, even for EU customers.
A right of return for customers outside the EU exists only if expressly granted by the seller.

For customers within the EU:
We are liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in cases of personal injury, intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, and for claims under the Product Liability Act. In the case of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) being breached due to slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
For customers outside the EU:
Our liability is limited to cases of personal injury, intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For other cases, we are not liable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
